Originating in southern New Hampshire, life’s circular journey landed me in Canada for 10 years, where I was blessed to apprentice under a master jeweler. Learning the fundamentals of the craft , as well the art of the lost wax process and ignited my passion for jewelry making. A chance opportunity landed me in southern Mexico. For the following decade and a half in Mexico, I expanded on the craft of metalsmithing through cultural connections, spiritual growth, and...necessity.
Returning to NH in 2017, my inspiration turned to the majestic peaks, rivers, lakes and wildlife of the White Mountains. Here, I have been granted the opportunity to teach at The Littleton Studio School. This has enabled me to pay forward all I have learned from fellow artisans and students alike. I am committed to teaching and practicing traditional techniques as well, the modern art form of, “ found object/ recyclable materials”. My intention is to ensure that the craft of silversmithing is not forgotten, and that each piece I make finds its own unique beautiful home to adorn.
